Prices on website are subject to change. Prices are only guaranteed upon purchase, and receipt of full payment. All reservations are subject to availability, and will only be guaranteed upon receipt of full payment, or deposit.

A reservation is only considered complete, when a confirmation number is provided, and payment has been processed. By booking, you authorize the use of your credit or debit card number for payment processing. You confirm that you acknowledge, and accept the reservation, and our payment policies. By completing your reservation you agree to accept the terms and conditions associated with the product you have selected.

ALL DATA COLLECTED IS CONFIDENTIAL, AND SHALL NOT BE SHARED WITH ANY COMPANY, OR UNAUTHORIZED ENTITY.

Payment Policies

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for payment. We also accept Bank Transfer as a payment method, for your convenience. Your credit or debit card will be charged by Azul Travel Online, for the total amount of the reservation. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive your service voucher with additional information (eg pick up time). You must present the service voucher when boarding the bus, and checking in with your guide. (Coupon printing is not required).

Payments can be made in US dollars at an exchange rate $18 pesos to 1 dollar.

RECOMMENDED PAYPAL PAYMENT FOR FOREIGN CUSTOMERS:

Azul Travel Online has the option for payment through PAYPAL for all reservations, tours, and accommodations. Reservations through Paypal are subject to a 4.5% commission rate, which is charged by Paypal. The 4.5% commission will only be charged to the amounts processed through Paypal.

Data required for payment for PAYPAL:

  • Full Name (required)
  • Email (required)
  • Number of people and ages including minors
  • Selected tours and the dates
  • Hotel or lodging accommodations
  • Telephone number (optional)

REFUND AND POLICY CANCELLATION

Tour Booking

There is a NO REFUND policy. Only exchange of dates and times can be arranged. Changes in dates and times MUST be made at least 24 hours before the departure, or beginning of the excursion. If you miss the excursion, do not arrive according to the time and place indicated on your booking form, or fail to notify at least 24 hours in advance of change, there will be no refund, and no re-booking. A new reservation shall need to be made. Azul Travel Online will only refund in cases of inclement weather, where excursions canceled.

Accommodation Reservation

Should booking need to be modified, changed, or moved, due to no fault of Azul Travel Online, accommodations will be arranged based solely on availability. Please contact Azul Travel Online directly to arrange any changes.

There is NO REFUND of payment or deposits. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. Azul Travel Online is an independent third party provider, independent of our suppliers, and does not assume any responsibility for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident. Our suppliers have all the insurance required by law.
